On May 20, the new cloud marketplace of the Deutsche Börse Cloud Exchange (DBCE) was launched. Just less than a year after beginning the successful test phase, the innovative platform for IaaS resources is going live. DBCE stands for a totally new kind of cloud trading.
This years future talks at CeBIT 2015 are all about the Internet of Things. On Tuesday, March 17, Josef Glöckl-Frohnholzer, COO and CSO of Zimory, is holding a lecture about the I4.0 community cloud at the forum.
The cloud's future is dynamic. In cooperation with the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (LMU) Zimory researched future cloud scenarios together with partners from industry and science in the ASCENS project. At CeBIT they now present their results.
For many years, the Cloud and its various forms is an ever present topic in conversations. This will not change this year but with the topic of Industry 4.0 it receives a new boost. Josef Glöckl-Frohnholzer, COO and CSO of Zimory comments on what will be important for the cloud this year.
Supported by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research, July 2014 marked the start of the PREsTIGE project. Together with partners from acedemia and industry, Zimory is a key participant in the project to secure Cloud Computing.
