Zimory launches its US subsidiary, Zimory, with offices in New York City and Metro Washington DC.
In a Joint Venture with the German Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse), Zimory creates the world’s first independent and neutral marketplace for trading of Cloud Infrastructure Resources: the Deutsche Börse Cloud Exchange (DBCE). The DBCE will move from beta to full operations in late 2014 allowing Cloud Providers and Cloud Consumers to buy and sell Cloud Infrastructure Resources.
